Submission of abstracts, extended abstracts and short videos

Delegates contributing an oral presentation to the conference will have the opportunity to submitting the content of their scientific work in three modalities:

• One Page Abstract with a summary of their contribution.
• Extended Abstract or Full Paper of up to 15 pages length containing details of their scientific work.
• Short Video of up to 3 minutes duration containing key aspects of their work.

Submission of One Page Abstracts is compulsory for all authors. Authors can freely choose the submission of the Extended Abstract/Paper and/or the Short Video. The cost of submitting the three types of conference material will be covered by the standard conference fee with no additional cost for the participants.

One Page Abstracts must be submitted by the corresponding author to the Conference Secretariat prior to the conference date as indicated here. Submission of the Extended Abstract/Paper and/or the Short Video is optional and both can be sent up to two months after the conference end. Instructions for submitting the different conference material will be announced in the conference web page.

The material submitted by the conference authors (One page Abstract, Extended Abstract/Paper and Short Video) will be stored in the Colloquiam cloud platform (www.colloquiam.com ) and freely accessible to the general public after the conference
