Conference Venue
COUPLED 2027 will take place at the modern Palau de Congressos de Palma in Mallorca Island, a seafront venue located on Passeig Marítim, Carrer Felicià Fuster 2, 07006 Palma de Mallorca.
This venue is a flagship venue for international MICE events. It offers two main auditoriums: the Illes Balears Auditorium, with 1,966 seats, and the Mallorca Auditorium, which seats 471. These two spaces can be joined to create one large-capacity venue. It also features 22 versatile meeting rooms (such as Calvià, Cabrera, Inca, Eivissa), accommodating between 25 and 620 participants.
For COUPLED 2027, we will use:
- The Illes Balears Auditorium for plenary sessions.
- A selection of medium and large rooms (e.g. Palma Room, or combinations such as Cabrera/Menorca/Eivissa) for parallel sessions
- The foyer and exhibition space for poster sessions, coffee breaks, and networking.
The venue offers:
- Wi-Fi connection
- Full accessibility and easy access from both the airport and the city centre,
- State-of-the-art AV technology, including professional lighting, acoustics, and interpretation booths,
- Complementary spaces: sea-view lobbies, a rooftop terrace and breakout rooms for workshops or meetings
The Palau is just 5 minutes by car from the airport and a 15-minute walk from the historic city centre and the cathedral. It is connected to the Meliá Palma Bay Hotel, and surrounded by other Meliá properties along the seafront.
